She is an AMAZING make-up artist and can create wonderful new looks for you, whether its just a new daily look, or a special event. Chelsea will create custom looks just for you based on your coloring, and specific needs.
Chelsea also works with temporary dread extensions. And can help create a fabulous new look for you!
In addition to the new services she is bringing to the salon, Chelsea also does hair cuts, colors, perms, highlights, colors, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
